I am Antonio Grigorov — founder of Paragon HR and an HR consultant with over ten years of experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and strategic human resources management. I founded Paragon HR with a clear mission — to be the HR partner that small and medium-sized companies really need.
What sets me apart goes beyond my HR experience. As a professional diver and boxing referee with over 300 fights officiated, I’ve spent years making decisions under pressure and high dynamics, staying calm in critical moments, and acting with precision and composure. These experiences don’t just shape who I am—they shape the way I work with each client.
I am Marina Yaneva — an HR expert with over five years of experience in some of the most demanding industries and environments, including the education sector. I am known for one thing above all else — finding a way to get the job done, no matter how complex the challenge.
